Competences
Inter-cultural competences are used to help you mark your progress of understanding the culture of your mother and host country. They are presented as a list of "questions", which you rate by stars from 1 to 7, where 1 means you do not agree and 7 means you absolutely 100% agree. How may stars you choose for each question is completely up to you.
There are 5 groups of questions:
- Culture of motherland and general inter-cultural competences
- Culture of host country
- Inter-cultural values and attitudes
- Competences asked by your organization
- My own competences

If you don't understand what questions means, you can click on a ? button to show detailed description. If ? is not shown, it means that questions has no description.

Tracking progress
By clicking on Update answers, you will be able to edit ratings for each question.
How often you update your competences profile is up to you, but keep in mind that organization may require you to do so periodically.

My own competences
You might have competences or abilities you want to track on your own, in addition to others. You can do so in the Custom section. These questions are visible to your organization as well.

Creating a new competence is very simple and straightforward - you just need to specify question and optionally a description.

After that, you will be able to rate them in your competences profile just like other questions.
