Registration and Login
In this chapter, you'll learn how to create an account in our tool and how to log into it.
Registration
Once you are invited by your organization to use this tool, click on Register Volunteer to open registration form. Please double check that you have selected the correct organization.
After submitting the form, you will receive e-mail with instructions on how to confirm your account. We do this to ensure that you are using a valid e-mail account and that you are a human. It may take up to 10 minutes for this e-mail to arrive - don't forget to check your SPAM folder as well. Please note that you have 24 hours to finish confirmation, otherwise your account will expire and you will have to register over again.

Immediately after successful confirmation, your organization will be notified about your registration and it will be up to them to accept you. We recommend you to notify your organization personally if they won't respond to your registration in a several working days.
Logging in
Once accepted, you will receive a final notification e-mail and you will be able to log into our tool!
You can access login page either from the home page by clicking on Login, or by directly opening this page. This is same for you as well as for organizations (unlike the registration form). For your convenience, you can also check Remember me option to stay logged in even after you close your browser. Please make sure to use it only on your personal devices, otherwise you risk your account being stolen.
Recovering lost password
Sometimes it happens that you forget your password. However, this is not an issue as we give you ability to recover it. On login page, click on Forgot password?, or go to this page directly. All you have to do is to fill in your e-mail and follow the instructions in the message you'll receive shortly afterwards.
